Terms and conditions

All party bookings are subject to availability and the following conditions:

Safety

• The party organiser is required to provide an adult supervisor for every 6 children (i.e. 4 adults for 24 children). Maximum permitted number of children attending is 24.
• The party organiser must keep a list of contact numbers for all children attending without their parents.
• The party organiser must ensure that parents of children attending are aware that this is a gymnastic party and the activities will be taking place in the gym. It must also be made clear that the children should be dressed appropriately for such activities.
• The coach in attendance has the right to:
  Prohibit any activity that he/she considers to be dangerous or undesirable and to restrict/prohibit the use of items of equipment or areas of the gym.
  Refuse entry to the gym of any child who is not suitably dressed or is in the view of the coach not able to use the gym and the apparatus due to injury/illness or inappropriate behaviour.

Organisation

• The organiser is responsible for providing food, drink, plates, cups etc.
• NO food or drink is permitted in the gym. NO shoes are to be worn in the gym.
• The premises will be open 15 minutes before the session commences and should be cleared 15 minutes after the session has ended.
• The organiser must ensure that the premises are left in an acceptable condition (i.e. large debris to be cleared from the eating area and spillage etc. to be cleaned up as far as possible).
• A non-returnable deposit of £10.00 must accompany bookings. The outstanding money should be paid in full at least two weeks before the party date.
• The booking will be confirmed when the attached slip is completed and returned with the deposit.
