Hire the Gym for your party...
Our Gym parties have proven extremely popular with children and adults have also been known to enjoy the experience!
The gym is available for hire Saturday evenings from 6pm and Sundays.
Parties last 90 minutes and cost £55 which includes 1 hour in the gym and 30 minutes for food. Longer parties
can be booked for an additional fee, for example a 2 hour party costs £65.
All parties must be booked in advance and are subject to availability and our terms and conditions, please refer to
our booking form for more details.

Party planning
We provide:

- Coach/es
- Extra play equipment
- Use of party area
- Fun!
You provide:
- Hire fee.
- Children. Up to 24 children may attend a Gym party.
- Food, drink, party extras (cake, party bags, decorations etc).
- Adults (1 adult per 6 children) to supervise children.

Before the party
Party invitations should include a contact telephone number for each child attending the party and also inform parents
children should wear leotards, gym shorts or track suit bottoms and T-Shirt - party dresses or jeans are not appropriate.
Make arrangements to provide any food, drink and party extras you require on the day.
On the day
Keep calm! Aim to arrive 15 minutes early, meet the coach/es, display any decorations then standby to greet the
children and parents as they arrive. Once the children are in you gym you can organise any refreshments and entertainment for the
mid party break and after the children return to the gym please clean up the mess then you can look forward to re-uniting the parents
as they arrive to collect their excited and worn out children.
